Chelsea Flower Show

Although I know nothing about gardening, I'm pretty sure I found my dream garden at The Chelsea Flower Show this weekend in this colourful, Mexican style garden.

Who wouldn't want a bison covered in artificial grass?
Would you rather buy a flat or a metal sofa? Do you want to know the price tag on this? Are you sitting down?...
£95,000...Yes. I mean 95 thousand pounds.
I fell in love with this pretty little flower garden. It reminds me of a picture book from my childhood but I can't remember it's name. Vague memories of helping Grandad dig up dandelions and inspect greenhouse tomatoes come to me.

Can you believe I was in the centre of London when I took this photograph?

I had never seen whole walls of planted flowers until I came here. I wanted to lie in the flowerbeds like Dorothy in The Wizard of Oz.

Crop Top DIY

Happy Sunday everyone!

I have been working on my first DIY video. I apologise if it is a bit SFX heavy - I got pretty over-excited!

Here's how I customised my boyfriend's old Levi's t-shirt into an 80s/90s style crop top.

This is super cheap and a great project for beginners. All you need to do on the sewing machine is a simple straight stitch and the t-shirt fabric is really easy to work with.

I loved the slanted 90's style text but the t-shirt was a bit boring as it was. I used Dylon fabric paint which dries soft and is machine washable once ironed. I bought this from my local fabric store. I found the glitter doesn't show up that much so I'm going to add another coat of paint. You can also mix these paints to make different colours. The pots only cost a couple of pounds so they're fun to experiment with.

You can do this with any t-shirt and it works great with baggy tops.

Celestial Lookbook

Here is the lookbook for a new celestial inspired collection of jewellery I've been working on. It features white mesh chokers and bracelets with lilac crystals and silver moon charms. I shot this down the alley by my old street in Brighton, the graffiti is awesome.

OOTD - Oh Christmas Tree

After a stressful week of job interviews I thought it was about time I treated myself to some retail therapy. I spent yesterday afternoon drowning my sorrows in the aisles of Primark and then had my own mini fashion show in my bedroom. I found some awesome pieces which go with eveything - I am going to have to do several outfit posts. My eye was drawn instantly to this sparkly green jumper which makes me feel so Christmassy. Since it was Black Friday I found some amazing deals on the jewellery too, and got this leather and feather necklace for just £2!

How awesome is this tree grotto?! We matched perfectly!
